The JET – Jet Express Triathlon, is waiting for you to come and experience this challenging International (Olympic) length triathlon. Start your wetsuit mandatory swim as you take the plunge off The Jet Express ferryboat into the cool waters of Lake Erie just 1500 meters off the shore of East Harbor State Park on the North Shore of Ohio. On the 40k bike portion you will ride around the rolling, scenic and historic Marblehead Peninsula. The run is over the beaches, trails, jetties and fire roads of East Harbor State Park. This run course is ‘The Great Equalizer,’ which unless it is your first 10k, will never be the course on which you set a personal record. A duathlon is also included in this event. Challenging, exciting and rewarding, finish your summer triathlon season at the Jet Express Triathlon.
Collegiate Triathlon Championships – The JET will offer a collegiate triathlon for students enrolled in college in September 2013. The top 3 male and female finishers will be recognized along with the top 3 Men’s, Women’s and Combined Teams.
